1) Teaching and conducting Entrepreneur classes
- Conduct entrepreneurship classes for primary and secondary students.
- Nurture students ambitions, interests, passions, and guide them in their projects
- Prepare lesson plan based on the syllabus provided.
2) Planning, organising, and executing school-wide events, initiatives and workshops
- Develop detailed plans and schedules, including timelines and milestones of events, initiatives and workshops.
- Coordinate and execute entrepreneurial initiatives and events.
3) Outreach
- Network and communicate with various parties, internal and external, to build the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Develop and implement lead strategies to drive revenue growth for Powerpreneur's programs targeting students aged 7 to 17.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of Powerpreneur.
Requirement and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Good command of English.
- Have some business experience and inherently have an entrepreneurial spirit are preferred.
- Experience in a corporate business industry such as Sales or Business Development is preferred
- Good presentation and teaching skills to be able to command the attention of a crowd and influence children and teens.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel, & Canva.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle ad-hocs tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to various aspects of the organization.
