Entrepreneur Educator

Duties & Responsibilities

1) Teaching and conducting Powerpreneur classes

• Conduct entrepreneurship classes for primary and secondary.

Nurture students ambitions, interests, passions, and guide them into projects and various outcomes, in and out of the classroom.

• Prepare lesson plan on the class delivery based on the syllabus given.

2) Planning, organising, and running school-wide events, initiatives and workshops

• Connect students to the right people in the industry to create opportunities for students to kick-start and run their projects.

Engage with industry and school partners such as parents, teachers, and other organizations and associations.

• Coordinate and run entrepreneurial initiatives and events.

3) Outreach

• Network and communicate with various parties, internal and external, to build the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Develop and implement lead strategies to drive revenue growth for Powerpreneur's programs targeting students aged 7 to

• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of Powerpreneur.

Requirement and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field.

Good command of English.

• Good presentation and teaching skills to be able to command the attention of a crowd and influence children and teens.

Have some business experience and inherently have an entrepreneurial spirit are preferred.

• Experience in a corporate business industry such as Sales or Business Development is preferred.

Basic knowledge in Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel, & Canva.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Flexibility and adaptability to handle ad-hocs tasks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to various aspects of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
