The right candidate will be mainly remunerated on commission, but a basic can be agreed for the right candidate.

Essential qualities

1. Experience hiring in house for small and medium sized firms

2. Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to see the long-term opportunity and earning potential

3. The ability to work well remotely

4. Excellent written and spoken English

Desirable qualities

1. Second and third languages

2. The ability to train staff.

3. Experience in the financial services industry.
