Job Description- To provide English tuition for the following Cambridge subjects:
IGCSE English as a First Language (0500)- IGCSE English as a Second Language (0510)
IELTS
- Prepare lesson materials, such as handouts and quizzes.
Assess and monitor students progress throughout teaching sessions.- Provide updates to the Principal on the students progress whenever necessary.
- Applicants must possess at least an Advanced Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Certificate or other relevant qualifications in the English language field.
Applicants must have at least 3 years of working experience as a private tutor or teacher in any educational institution. Applicants with experience in teaching the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus will have an added advantage.- Applicants must have a good command of the English language. Strong proficiency in Bahasa and/or Mandarin is an added advantage.
Applicants must be comfortable teaching in a physical and online environment. Applicants must be well-versed in using a variety of software, tools and Google Classrooms.
- Applicants must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse team.
Applicants are required to do a lesson demonstration (15-30 minutes) upon request. Details regarding the lesson demonstration will be disclosed once the interview has been confirmed.
