We are looking for enthusiastic ESL teachers who can deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of varying levels of English proficiency. As a teacher at GL Academy, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, helping students achieve their language goals.
Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive ESL lessons that cater to the needs of students.- Assess students progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their English skills.
Maintain accurate records of students attendance and performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Participate in professional development sessions and contribute to curriculum development.- Assign and evaluate homework that reinforces classroom learning objectives.
Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is preferred.
Previous experience teaching ESL students is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
