Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Literature Instructor to teach students at various levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English literature, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a love of literature in students.
Develop and deliver engaging English literature lessons that cater to students proficiency levels.
- Create and implement diverse teaching materials and activities, including lectures, discussions, and written assignments.
Assess and evaluate students understanding and progress through assignments, exams, and participation.- Foster a stimulating and interactive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and literary analysis.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
Advanced knowledge of English literature, including classical and contemporary works.
- Proven experience teaching English literature, preferably in a classroom or academic setting.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to inspire and engage students through dynamic teaching methods.
Relevant degree in English Literature, Education, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
