Salary range : RM1800 to RM2500 depends on experience

Any allowance : Telephone allowance, mileage claim, petrol claim, toll claim

Permanent Position

Assist and report to engineer in charge on M&E related matters and the progress of M&E works.

Prepare cost estimate, tender and contract documents.

Liaise and coordinate with the main contractor or sub-contractors on drawings, material submission, request for information and site evaluation of work done.

Liaise with local authorities on submission to obtain approval.

Assist engineer in supervising all M&E works carried out as scheduled and in accordance with drawings, specifications, and requirements.

Site inspection of M&E works with client's Clerk of Works.

Any assignment as deemed fit and necessary by the engineer.

Requirement

Min Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical or Mechatronic field

Minimum 1 year relevant experience in M & E related work from a property development firm , Construction, M & E Engineering and consulting Firm or any technical support firm that provide M & E related services preferred

However on job training will also be provided

Must have own transport or a motorbike and willing to travel onsite within klang valley to assist the engineers and project managers

Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications
