Conduct site survey and provide feedback to engineering team on the design specification and functional requirements of projects, to ensure the design achieves optimum performance.
Act as point of contact between the Company, sub-contractors and clients during construction stage to address project-related issues, resolve conflicts and maintain positive relationships.
Develop and execute project work plans, scheduling and revising, as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Manage the entire construction cycle, from pre-construction to post-construction, and handover of the system to the clients.
On-site planning and management of installation teams to ensure efficient project execution, strict adherence to all project specifications and requirements.
Identify any potential safety risks within projects, implement strategies and safety protocols (Environmental, Health and Safety requirements) to mitigate risks effectively.
Provide technical support during installation, testing and commissioning.
Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantity and costing for accurate project budgeting.
Complete assigned projects within the agreed-upon timeline and budget.
Ensure smooth delivery and completion of project and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate project documentations, prepare regular progress reports and present updates to project stakeholders.
Assist in preparation relevant materials/documentation for tender submission.
Other duties assigned by superior or management as and when needed.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic is preferred).
1-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING SOLAR POWER PROJECTS IS HIGHLY PREFERRED.
Design capability in energy modelling software (PVsyst or Helioscope), Autocad and construction modelling software is a plus.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Fresh graduates may be considered for this position. Training will be provided.
Can speak in English & Mandarin.
