Planning, organizing and execution of the wellhead valve replacement work program of the geothermal wells.
Recommends to immediate superior all the required changes in operational procedures to improve uality and efficiency.
Assists in the development, establishment, and maintenance of WTM policies, processes, procedures and controls that govern the team.
Produces and presents technical papers/reports to local and foreign conferences regarding mprovements/breakthroughs in the field.
