Primary Function:- Responsible to ensure for daily functioning of the Waste Water Treatment Plant of the powder coating pretreatment process, waste water generated to be treated and comply to DOE requirement.
Maintenance, documentation and correspondences with DOE, vendors & customers
- Duties & Responsibilities:
You are to handle and monitor WWTP operation to ensure the waster water treated will comply to the DOE standard before discharge;- You are to coordinate with Maintenance team and vendor to upkeep the WWTP;
You are to evaluate/identify and solve process related issue;
- You are to perform daily documentation of the WWTP process;
You are to identify and advise operation any abnormal discharge from Pretreatment process analyses, rectify and preventive actions to eliminate recurrence;- You are to recommend solutions for non-conformance and then follow-up on the implementation to the solution;
You are to involve in all corrective actions that are taken on any discrepancy found during inspections/audit pertaining to his areas;
- You are to carry out regular meetings with all his management staff to review operational and quality issues;
* You are responsible for ensure that good housekeeping is maintained in the manufacturing departments at all time.
