Job Details:
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Technical guidance and manage the engineering team, to provide guidance for PM, Troubleshooting, and Improvement to achieve the targeted OEE and monitor and control the machine/equipment downtime.
Responsible to make sure that all equipment is performing efficiently and effectively.
Responsible for establishing and monitoring critical equipment analysis and condition monitoring programs FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis), KAIZEN, DMAIC Lean Six Sigma.
In addition, assists in new installations design as well as any facility design changes & Setup SAP PM & SAP Maintenance.
Responsible to analyze equipment operating data and evaluate the overall effectiveness of the equipment.
Evaluates plant and equipment unscheduled downtime magnitude and responsible to identify opportunities for reliability enhancement.
Responsible handling the mechanical and electrical maintenance team (technician), which consist of the job scope of, implementation of the work procedure, overtime, troubleshooting guidance, machine design and drawing review for improvement, Machine Performance OEE, MTBA, MTBF etc.
Responsible on monitoring & improvement action item on the Production Speed loss analysis.
Responsible to setup & ensuring the Preventive maintenance is fulfilled based on the required schedule for the overall equipment.
Alignment with vendor on the part design, fabrication, and installation for the improvement activities.
Responsible to control the spare part inventory and align with the spare part management team.
Responsible for quality improvement plan, and support any customer complain cases to analyze the root causes & prevention action. Control, improvement & sustain on the process Yield output.
Create documentation on the Standard operation procedure, process specification, Work instruction & OJTI. Support on the new machine Buyoff & machine change documentation.
Design & Update the Machine Risk & Health Assessment.
Promote continuous improvement and growth mindset and behaviors that have a positive impact on Safety Health Environment & Quality.
Qualifications/Experience
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic)
At least 4 years of experience in leading team, preferably at Engineering or Maintenance Field
Good leadership and people management skills
Understanding, and passion for continuous improvement methodologies
The ability to interact with and lead a diverse group, including managers, technicians, operators, and subject matter experts
Strong technical understanding of basic manufacturing equipment
Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving, analysis and decision-making skills.
