To handle incoming inspection for all material
To ensure quantity received from fabrication supplier
To ensure delivery quality from all supplier includes fabrications
To make sure that the ID is correct before starting the production.
Manage rework for modification request by EN (under SAP rework), oversea supplier
Carry out material test at external laboratory
Prepare incoming inspection report
Prepare inspection report for material defect at production & NCR to supplier
Compile all material test certificate from supplier
Fabrication parts incoming inspection for oversea supplier
Inspection for enclosure fabrication
Carry out new material test for approval
Ensure good 5S & housekeeping is being practice at working area.
Ensure no environmental pollution at work area.
Two-way communication with superior about any unsafe condition or unsafe act.
Carry out any other task as and assigned or instructed by the superior.
Requirements of job:
Diploma / Degree in Engineering or similar
Min 3 years working experienced
Experience with related power and distribution industries.
