Wentel Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is actively seeking individuals with your skillset to join our team as
Customer Service Officer.
- 5-day work (Monday - Friday)

- Senior engineers perform quality control checks throughout all stages of the schedule to ensure deadlines are met, and the performance of the team is as IT should be.
- To check that staff members perform their duties to a high standard to ensure the project runs smoothly, overseeing the needs of the client, and finding ways to improve processes.
- Senior engineer will assign tasks and responsibilities to members of the team so that everything is completed on time. This involves mentoring the project team and managing its performance.
- Adept at spotting potential problems and finding appropriate solutions to achieve high quality in task.
- Senior engineers monitor the compliance of the project to ensure that industry codes and practices are adhered to, quality assurance policies are followed, and performance standards are met.
- Senior engineers oversee diverse teams of people, giving clear instructions, and effectively managing and motivating the team, and keeping up morale, particularly during busy periods.
- Leads and drive for process standardization and improvement.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when it is deemed necessary from time to time.
Job Expected Results:
- All on hand project must be completed on time with high performance.
- Achievable on time completion with organise and prioritize the variety of project and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner.
- Clearly and concisely deliver instructions to the team to achieve department Quality Objective.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering in Diploma or Degree holder
- Minimum 5 years related working experience in sheet metal fabrication manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
Skill, Abilities and Knowledge:
- Senior engineers are effective communicators, able to motivate a team, and have excellent organization skills.
- Flexibility - often on stressful projects, unexpected issues arise. Good senior engineers have the flexibility to adapt to new systems and processes, finding ways to work around these problems.
- Communication is key to this role and includes letting the team know of any updates or problems, as well as providing assistance and support whenever necessary.
- Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
