Position Overview:
As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of automation projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality automation systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, ranging from industrial automation to smart manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage automation projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored automation solutions.
- Design and develop automation systems, including hardware and software components.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimations for proposed projects.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical reports, specifications, and manuals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronic, Automation, or related field).
- Minimum 2 years experience in project management and engineering within the automation industry.
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies, including PLCs, SCADA, robotics, and control systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
