- Analyse product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes,
estimate time requirements for each step, and prepares operation sheets.
- Analyse existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation
sequences that will minimise risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and
consistency of final products.

- To support on all type of non-conformance / deviation (CAPA, CAPA Request, CIR/IC, Interplant and Inprocess)
- To assist team in managing and monitoring the molding process for IVC products.
- Process optimization for IVC products.
- To manage Power Bi for in-process defect tracking and take immediate action
- To perform key engineering studies, improvement projects, and others while having a first-hand perspective in project management.
- To Optimize process flow, production concerns, and quality control of manufacturing products by developing creative solutions to improve efficiencies through training while implementing plant safety and reducing wastes.
