Responsibilities & Skills
Candidate can expect to:
- Engage regularly with worldwide customers to discuss customer requests and align on product requirements
- Work with engineering teams to translate product requirements/requests into a working plan
- Manage schedule, scope, resource, risks and drive towards best in class solution for customers
- Provide regular communication to customers and internal teams to ensure expectations are aligned
Candidate Profile
- BSEE or similar with 12yrs+ of experience in program management role within the semiconductor industry
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge in product development cycle (hardware and/or software)
- Experience leading crossfunctional teams to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
- Experience in interfacing internal and external teams in driving the right message
- Track record in delivering products timely with high quality
- PMP would be a plus
- Knowledge/experience in FPGA would be an added advantage
