Endpoint Solution Engineer (Intune & SCCM)

We are seeking a Endpoint Engineer to join our Endpoint Solutions, project delivery team - ideally based in Cyberjaya.

You will work with our customers to transform their business and help solve complex technical problems around Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, SCCM and Endpoint peripheral technologies.

In essence, you will be responsible in supporting our customers enterprise-level systems using Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions such as Intune, SCCM, Defender, and other peripheral technologies.

Our Endpoint Solutions (Digital Workplace) team is passionate about enabling secure access to applications, services and corporate resources across our customers myriad of endpoint devices. This is the place to enjoy working with a range of modern technologies, platforms and directory services, messaging systems, and unified communications and mobility.

Responsibilities:

Supporting Logicalis key stakeholders to develop the solution, ensuring the best outcome for Logicalis customers.

This includes:

• Assist in the development of technical, architectural, and solution design skills.
• Support validation of solutions with the Solution Architect, technical lead, and customer.
• Participate in design workshops and provide assistance as needed.
• Help create and update the Detailed Design document with attention to accuracy.
• Assist in presenting technical solutions to the customer under guidance.
• Contribute to building solutions in line with the Statement of Work (SoW), design specifications, and project timelines.
• Help prepare user guides and assist in coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support the creation of As-built documentation.
• Assist in the handover of As-built documentation to the customer.

• Experience in Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions such as Intune, SCCM, Defender, and other peripheral technologies
• Experience in project delivery and stakeholder management will be an added advantage
• Strong willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and best practices, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Basic understanding of solution design, system architecture, and relevant programming languages or tools.
