End User Support Specialist

Weir Minerals provides engineered processing solutions to the mining industry, using technical expertise to solve problems and optimize processes worldwide. From reducing downtime to increasing plant capacity, we offer custom solutions for slurry transportation, mine dewatering, classification, separation, crushing, grinding, wear lining, and tailings management.

This is a full-time on-site role for an End User Support Specialist located in Batu Caves. The End User Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware and printers, and ensuring seamless operation of IT systems for our mining industry clients.

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
• Experience with Printers
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications in IT or related fields
• Experience in the mining industry is a plus
