Our company is a leading logistics service provider from China to Malaysia, offering a wide range of services including sea and air shipping LCL, money transfer solutions, and full container services. We are currently looking for a Human Resource Intern to join our team and assist with the day-to-day operations of our HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial phone screens.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- We are seeking a dedicated individual fluent in Mandarin and English to join our team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prior HR experience is a plus but not required.
