Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and values.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of engagement activities and adjust strategies as necessary.
Ensure consistent and effective communication of engagement activities, policies, and updates through various channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet, email).
Serve as a liaison between employees and management to communicate feedback and concerns.
Design, distribute, and analyze employee engagement surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
Interpret survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and present findings to management with actionable recommendations.
Organize and coordinate employee events, activities, and programs that promote team building and a positive work environment.
Collaborate with vendors, manage budgets, and ensure successful execution of events.

Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree Holder
Proficient in English speaking
Outgoing personality with interest to help improve employee wellbeing
2+ Years of experience specifically in handling Employee Engagement
Willing to travel around vicinity of KL and Selangor, for events
