Job Responsibility
- Develop an assembly process flow chart, analyze potential risks in the process, and proactively develop corresponding measures (PFMEA).
- Apply for the assembly fixture based on the process flow chart and conduct debugging, protection, and acceptance handover.
- Identify the key dimensions for assembly according to the product structure (adhesive type), check whether the dimensions or tolerances are not properly annotated on the 2D drawing and review the drawings when they are changed.
- Coordinate the various preparatory work before the trial assembly, conduct trial assembly of various nodes, record problem points, and confirm material losses.
- Fully analyze and verify various problems that arise during the development process, identify solutions, and track improvement effects.
- Conduct training before the start of the new production line.
- Coordinate resource issues during the resolution of problems in other assembly sections.
- Analyze and improve customer complaints and develop rework plans.
- Adhere to all safety rules and use required protective equipment.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education Requirements
Diploma or Degree of mechanical engineering or equivalent preferred; or more than 5 years of manufacturing and assembly processes related experience or related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
