Job Title: Electrical Manufacturing Engineer (E6252L) Design and integrate electrical systems into the main assembly process of products, ensuring seamless operation and functionality.
- Continuously improve main assembly processes by implementing lean manufacturing principles, automation, and efficiency enhancements.
Select appropriate electrical components and materials for integration into the main assembly, considering factors such as performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure that electrical systems meet performance specifications and regulatory requirements.
Identify and resolve electrical issues that arise during the main assembly process, using troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, production managers, and quality assurance personnel, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the main assembly process.
Create and maintain documentation related to electrical assembly processes, including assembly instructions, specifications, and quality control records.- Provide training and support to production staff on electrical assembly techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
Conduct cost analysis and feasibility studies for proposed electrical assembly processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
