- Lead operation on facility management and maintenance of building in part electrical
- Ensure all upgrading works delivery within schedule, at minimum cost and meet quality and specifications approved by JKR.
- Manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Electrical and resolve complaints from clients.
- Prepare Electrical monthly reports.
- Liase with JKR personnel and clients at regarding facility management and maintenance.
- Search quotation from supplier and contractor.
