Job Summary- i. The Efficiency Unit provides administrative support to the efficiency unit within the operations department.
ii. This role is essential in coordinating activities, managing documentation, and facilitating communication among team members to enhance the unit's effectiveness.
Assist the efficiency unit with daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.- Documentation management to maintain and organize documentation related to efficiency projects, including reports, process maps, and project plans.
Data entry and analysis data into systems and assist with basic data analysis to support efficiency initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between team members and other departments.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.- Project coordination to assist in tracking the progress of efficiency projects.
Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
- Resource management office supplies and resources required for the efficiency unit and handle procurement requests and liaise with vendors.
Event planning on organize and coordinate workshops, training sessions, and other events related to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.- Provide support in documenting and implementing process improvements. Help gather feedback and track the effectiveness of changes.
_Education_: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
_Experience_: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within an operations or process improvement environment
_Skills:_
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
