Key Responsibilities
Strategy:
- Develop and implement eCommerce growth strategies.
- Focus on revenue increase and customer experience enhancement.
Website Management:
- Oversee daily eCommerce operations.
- Optimize for SEO and user experience.
Digital Marketing:
- Collaborate on online campaigns (PPC, SEO, email, social media, affiliate).
- Product Management:
- Manage online catalog, pricing and inventoru.
- Ensure accurate product information and visuals.
Customer Experience:
- Improve overall customer journey.
- Optimize from navigation to checkout.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyse website data and customer behaviour.
- Provide insights to senior management.
Conversation Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Conduct A/B testing and site optimization.
- Vendor Relations:
Coordinate with third-party partners for smooth operations.
- Budget Management:
- Oversee eCommerce budget.
- Ensure cost-effective initiatives with strong ROI.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop eCommerce team.
- Foster collaboration and innovation.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- 3-5 years in eCommerce management.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms.
- Experience with web analytics tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Industry-specific experience (retail/consumer goods).
- Web development knowledge (HTML, CSS).
- CRM and seller platform experience.
