Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Assemble our personalised products with high efficiency and quality craftsmanship.
  • Collaborate with Retail team to streamline operations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Liaise with customers to manage and resolve requests related to orders, refunds or exchange
  • Observe quality control for each personalised order
  • Process, organise and track stock to ensure supplies are enough and in good order
  • Ensure all data is captured accurately in internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Organise and prioritise your workload to ensure deadlines are met
  • Show up to shifts on time with a can-do attitude
  • Restock sales floor throughout the day
  • Keep our store clean, tidy, and maintain store presentation
