_Job responsibilities:_
  • Daily sales operation:
Create sales order for marketplace and ecommerce, warehouse shipments and return sales order in inhouse system.
  • Create delivery consignment notes using courier service system.
Liaise with Customer Service Department for any cases related to daily orders (product replacement, product exchange or product re-delivery).
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide useful solutions to operational issues and other areas of improvement.
Liaise with warehouse team for daily packing operations.
  • Update sales performance daily.
Prepare performance report on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Website management (Brand.com and marketplace):
Brief, create and maintain brand website and marketplace content and ensure all pages, product and pricing on the site and other platforms are correct, always updated and in line with business plans and requirements.
  • To plan, setup and schedule campaigns using the in-house build system.
Assist in the planning, proposal, and execution of strategic and tactical campaigns to achieve business goals (i.e: improve customer acquisition and revenue).
  • Assist in monitoring and managing inventory to optimize sales.
Extract data from various in-house built platform and Google Analytics/Data Studio to analyze and timely reporting on sales performance, inventory and other relevant metrics.
  • Involve in a continuous improvements discussion to enhance users shopping experience.
  • Digital performance:
Brief creative agency, brief Digital agency for execution
  • Actively working with digital agency on optimization and monitoring
  • Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelors, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Digital or any related field.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Strong communication skills; experience in coordinating across teams and communicating to senior management.
Ability to handle and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Must be motivated, highly organized, flexible and results oriented.
Strong ability and experience using Microsoft Excel and any MS Office.
  • Able to work on a strategic level yet be able to oversee the operational executions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
