Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Accurately key in product details into the Facebook live seller system prior to live selling events.
  • Actively monitor live sessions to engage with viewers, answer questions, and provide product information in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Compile all customer orders during and after live sessions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with the factory to place orders, ensuring all customer requirements are met and orders are processed timely.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range to offer accurate information to customers.
  • Work closely with the live selling team to improve customer engagement strategies and increase sales conversion rates.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues related to orders, providing exceptional customer service that enhances the shopping experience.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support, e-commerce, or a related field, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in a live online environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Facebook and other social media platforms as selling channels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Independent personality, high attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Possess own transport.
  • Willing work on weekends / public holidays
  • Able to work outstation / overseas projects
