Job Overview_Responsible in working with young children, typically ranging from infants to around eight years old, in a structured educational setting. The primary goal is to facilitate the children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development during their formative years._
- Responsibilities and Duties
Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and educational activities.- Create lesson plans that focus on various developmental areas, including language development, motor skills, social skills, and creativity.
Establish and maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.- Manage the behavior of young children and promote positive social interactions.
Foster a sense of community within the classroom.
- 3. Individualized Instruction:
Recognize and address the diverse needs and abilities of each child in the classroom.
- Provide individualized attention to help children overcome challenges and reach their developmental milestones.
Keep parents informed about their child's progress, development, and any concerns.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences and provide regular updates on classroom activities.
- 5. Collaboration with Colleagues:
Work collaboratively with other ECE teachers, support staff, and administrators to create a cohesive educational environment.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
- 6. Assessment and Documentation:
Use various assessment tools to evaluate children's progress and development.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's achievements, challenges, and milestones.
- 7. Promoting Social and Emotional Development:
Create opportunities for social interactions and teach conflict resolution skills.
- Foster emotional well-being and help children develop a positive self-image.
- 8. Incorporating Play and Creativity:
Integrate play-based learning into the curriculum to enhance creativity and imagination.
- Use games, art, music, and other interactive activities to make learning enjoyable.
Ensure the health and safety of the children in the classroom.
- Implement hygiene practices and respond to medical emergencies when necessary.
- 10. Professional Development:
Stay updated on the latest trends and research in early childhood education.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.
Any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
_Must possess at least Diploma, Professional Certificate in Early Childhood Education/Education/English Language/TESL/Business Studies/Management/Accounting and any other related studies based on the subject to teach_- _At least 1 years of Experience in the related field is required_
_Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, and English_
- _Able to speak Mandarin is to an advantage_
_Willing to work in Seri Kembangan_- _Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and communication skills_

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
