Job Description:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting thorough SEA market research to identify trends, merchant needs, and competitive landscapes. Analyzing data to understand user behaviors and preferences related to e-payments, which inform product development and strategy.
- Product Development and Roadmap: Leading the development of the e-payment product, including defining product features, functionality, and user interface. Creating a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities, ensuring timely delivery of updates and new features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and risk management, to bring the product to market. Coordinating efforts and ensuring seamless integration of features and functionalities across all touchpoints of the payment experience.
- User Experience and Engagement: Prioritizing user experience and ensuring a smooth, secure, and intuitive payment process. Monitoring user feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhancing the product to meet user needs and expectations.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Ensuring the electronic payment product adheres to all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards. Managing risk associated with payment transactions, including fraud prevention, security measures, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- Applicants should have a solid background in the e-payment industry, including expertise in merchant acquiring, POS (point of sale) solutions, payment gateways, merchant digital services, and related areas.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in similar companies is preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing solutions that improve the payment experience are essential.
- Previous experience in the payments industry or a closely related field is an advantage.
Educational Requirements:
