Job Responsibilities - Responsible for the Live center operation, product shelving, price adjustment, equipment lens debugging, and participation in adjustment when host is on Live.
- Maintain the order of daily Live operation by scheduling the day-to-day schedule of Live hosts, improve the retention of Live traffic and the atmosphere of fans attention to Live, cooperate with the host to explain the product, help confirm the product information and price overview.
- Ensure the execution of Live host completes and interaction smoothly.
- Regulating daily store activities, ensuring the implementation of strategies between Live and production.
- Monitoring of Live data, summary, organization, analysis, and provide feedback reports and optimization suggestions, record and follow up on Live issues and fan needs, and continuously improve relevant data indicators.
- Job Requirements
- Have relevant experience in Live operation.
- Familiar with the rules of TikTok Live platform.
- Strong communication skills and execution ability, meticulous and serious, strong sense of responsibility, strong stress resistance, and the courage to accept new challenges.
- Strong pressure resistance, able to withstand work pressure.
