Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Executive to join our team in the MGI office in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce accounts on prominent platforms such as Lazada, Zalora, and Shopee across Southeast Asia, as well as overseeing our Amazon account in Japan. Proficiency in Japanese is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on Lazada, Zalora, and Shopee to increase visibility and sales.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance the overall e-commerce sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns tailored for each platform.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences in the SEA region.
- Analyze sales data to create reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Liaise with logistics and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with platform account managers and partners on all e-commerce channels.
- Oversee the management of the Amazon account in Japan, ensuring compliance with platform regulations and optimizing listings for the Japanese market.
- Communicate effectively in Japanese with the Amazon team, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in our strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Experience with Lazada, Zalora, and Shopee platforms.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and its operations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for e-commerce and a keen understanding of online consumer behavior.
