We are looking for an
E-commerce Operations Intern to join our team and assist in managing and improving our e-commerce operations. The intern will play a key role in reviewing data, analyzing operations, and ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our network. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce management and operational improvement.
Data Review: Review and verify the weight data provided by network points to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Operational Improvement: Conduct targeted reviews and analysis of network operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Performance Evaluation:
Evaluate and address performance issues at network points, implementing negative incentives for non-compliance or substandard performance.Ad Hoc Tasks:
Assist with other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by your superior to support the overall success of the e-commerce operations team.Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, E-commerce, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills; Mandarin proficiency preferred for effective interactions.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.- Immediate availability is advantageous.
