We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Marketing Executive who will handle third-party e-commerce platforms and take on various marketing and digital tasks. The ideal candidate will be capable of working cross-functionally to plan and implement social media marketing projects, manage e-commerce operations, and analyze results. This role requires a creative and analytical individual who can manage ad-hoc projects and support our company's growth through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
E-Commerce Management:- Oversee and manage third-party e-commerce platforms and Shopify, including product uploads, content updates, and site-wide navigation.
Ensure synchronization with platforms like Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Manufacturer Center, and follow up with the marketing agency.- Understand and implement SEO best practices, including on-page optimization (e.g., meta tags, title tags).
Integrate and manage apps within Shopify to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to improve website performance, user experience, and customer service.
Marketing Execution:
- Assist in planning, implementing, and reporting on offline and online marketing efforts, working closely with third-party marketing agencies.
Assist in managing social media platforms, including content updates, posting, and analyzing engagement and growth metrics.
- Coordinate with the creative department on email marketing (EDM), discount codes, and other promotional activities.
Work closely with the design team to develop ads and promotional materials with our third-party marketing agency.- Take and edit photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting:- Monitor and analyze internal data sources (sales numbers, traffic, sales channels, demographics, product categories) for future sales forecasting and company growth.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on e-commerce and retail performance.- Evaluate campaign performance and social media insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Partnership and PR Management:- Maintain relationships with influential print, digital, and broadcast journalists, as well as social media influencers.
Oversee customer service development and implementation, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Navigate Shopify backend to ensure all information is up-to-date and optimized for SEO and user experience.- Address e-commerce customer service issues and coordinate with relevant departments.
Manage and analyze social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Assist in the day-to-day operational processes supporting marketing and e-commerce business.
Experience in marketing and e-commerce.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data reporting.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for digital design.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design best practices.
Experience in creating mobile-responsive designs.- Understanding of content management systems (CMS) and website development platforms.
