Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist the business department in preparing information for account
  • Assist advertisers to promote, evaluate and maintain new products
  • Timely collect feedback on account problems, and actively communicate with advertisers
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors;

Job Requirements

  • Education requirement: Minimum must with diploma or relevant certification, E-commerce major, computer major graduates preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be able to speak fluent in Mandarin
  • E-commerce customer service experience, and foreign trade customer service is preferred
  • Have affinity, patience, good language expression and communication skills
  • Have a certain ability to work under pressure, practical and diligent, strong execution, obey the arrangements of superiors;
