Job Description
- Developing and implementing an effective online sales strategy
- Managing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales in online platform
- Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to track the success of online initiatives
- Identifying market trends and competitive insights to inform strategy adjustments
- Overseeing product listings, pricing, and promotions on the e-commerce platform
- Ensuring compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices
- Implementing customer retention strategies to increase repeat purchases and loyalty
- Continuously exploring and implementing new technologies and tools to improve e-commerce performance.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience as an E-Commerce Manager or similar role, preferably in setting up or managing an in-house e-commerce platform.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and emerging trends.
- Proficiency in utilising web analytic tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytically, organisational, and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and various online advertising strategies.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
