Responsibilities:- E-commerce Strategy and Operations:
Oversee all daily operations, including order fulfilment, invoicing, reporting, customer service, and product uploads on brand.com and various marketplaces.
- Launch and develop new brand websites and manage new brand listings on marketplaces.
Develop and execute promotional activities and campaigns, such as promotions, new product launches, and email marketing, to achieve monthly targets for brand.com and marketplaces.- Manage online activities, including traffic acquisition, sales, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and reporting.
Maintain and optimize Shopify and marketplace platforms (UX/UI) to enhance the conversion rate.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses to ensure key learnings are recorded and implemented.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Analyze and track market performance to identify gaps and opportunities, creating strategies to address them.
- Manage e-commerce business KPIs, including P&L, ROAS, traffic, conversion rates, AOV, margin, and inventory.
Monitor performance against ROI goals, making recommendations for ongoing optimization and growth.- Execute short-term initiatives with urgency and accountability while preparing for long-term success, including livestream and WhatsApp sales.
- Partner and Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage directly in partner relationships and negotiations, providing senior relationship coverage with key accounts.- Manage partnerships with marketplaces, payment solutions, logistic providers, and others. Oversee tendering processes, review agreements, negotiate fees, manage performance, and resolve disputes.
- Digital Marketing and Demand Generation:
Formulate and execute digital marketing initiatives, including on-site activity, social media, display advertising, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales/platform management.- Experience handling principal accounts on online platforms is highly advantageous.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
Possesses a strong sense of urgency, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work beyond contractual hours when required.
