We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to host our live streaming sessions across various eCommerce platforms (e.g. TikTok, Shopee, Lazada). The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce and the ability to captivate an online audience. You will be responsible for hosting live streaming sessions, demonstrating products, engaging with viewers, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions featuring our products, providing detailed demonstrations, answering customer questions, and driving real-time sales.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product lines and convey their features, benefits, and uses to our audience.
- Engage with viewers, creating a lively and interactive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop content strategies, promotional campaigns, and themed live sessions.
- Manage live chat, answer product-related questions, and provide after-stream follow-up.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics like viewer engagement, sales conversion rates, and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new live streaming features on social media and eCommerce platforms.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a host, presenter, or content creator in live streaming, television, or eCommerce is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and respond quickly to audience questions.
- Passionate about retail, fashion, beauty, technology, home & living and etc.
- Comfortable with appearing on camera and working in front of live audiences.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to operate live streaming equipment and troubleshoot issues during broadcasts.
- Experience with platforms like Instagram Live, TikTok Live, YouTube Live, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live stream schedules.
