- Understand client's requirements, target to be achieved, and prepare proposals and pitching presentations to on-board new clients.
- Work together with E-Commerce team to provide clear business insights on planning 360 E-Commerce strategy for clients according to their objective:
- E-commerce auditing
- Listing optimization
- Product strategy
- Pricing strategy
- Promotion strategy
- Marketing activities strategy
- Sales channels & platforms strategy
- E-commerce marketing roadmaps
- Develop project timeline
- Sales forecasting
- KPI forecasting for each activity
- Client servicing
Promotion & Execution
- Support on the operation of E-Commerce platform when needed, which include:
- Submit / setting up campaigns and promotions
- Update posts, banners and design, update or edit product information
- Monitor campaigns and promotions to ensure the campaigns are run smoothly and free from error.
- Inventory forecasting & management
- Respond to customers query & solve customers issues
- Feedback on reviews
- Developing FAQs
- Sending broadcast messages
- Process and prepare E-Commerce orders documents for packers to perform fulfilment.
Content
- Review on content direction prepared by the E-Commerce team before proceeding to content creation.
Media
- Review and comment on media strategy planned by Media Team to generate effective media buy performance.
Communication & Collaboration
- Liaise with client to update on E-Commerce performance and proposing new ideas to improve client's business.
- Work closely with the Tech Team on IT relevant projects, such as E-Commerce websites or system development.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and related departments to shape planning and strategy for client business.
Team Lead & Monitoring
- Lead and monitor the team to ensure the tasks of team members are on track and completed according to SOP and achieve KPI set.
- Prepare a team performance report for employee evaluation.
Report & Analytics
- Liaise with Analytics Specialists to identify how competitors are performing in the market.
- Work with the Data Analytics and E-Commerce team members to prepare reports on E-Commerce and marketing campaign performance.

- Study and understand E-Commerce reports to identify marketing effectiveness and propose activities to improve the overall performance for upcoming months.
