Manage the growth of e-commerce sales for brands through online marketplaces.- Plan, design and execute online marketing activities, including promotions, advertising placements, and social media campaigns to boost sales.
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, inventory, marketing) and external partners (marketplaces) to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to develop optimization strategies, enhance conversion rates, and increase sales revenue.- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
