Responsibilities:
- Ecommerce Account Management
- Handle online marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok etc.
Manage the online store daily, including SKU updates, pricing changes, sales order synchronization, banner management, etc.- Arrange and oversee order fulfilment, monitor packing, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide assistance for customer inquiries, requests, complaints and after-sales support.
Plan, execute, and monitor online campaigns and promotional mechanics for e-commerce and marketplaces.- Work closely with platforms Key Account Managers to analyse and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Report, analyse, and improve online marketing strategies in line with ongoing company campaigns.
- Responsible for daily tracking of performance metrics against KPIs.
- Livestream Account Management
- Responsible for leading TikTok live streaming activities.
Schedule livestream sessions and ensure timely execution.- Monitor livestreams for quality and compliance with company standards.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relation, Multimedia Arts or equivalent.- Fresh Graduate from related field are welcome to apply.
Experience Candidate with related field is an added bonus.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word.
