- Manage Company's websites, Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok Shop, ensure its up-to-date and user friendly.
- Overseeing product listings, descriptions and pricing on all online platforms, ensure accurate price and compelling content.
- Work closely with Marketing Department to ensure successful marketing campaigns launch.
- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure adequate inventory level, stock replenish and timely order fulfilment.
- Support team to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales according to the project timeline.
- Research and identify industry trends, opportunities, competitor threats, and customer preferences to always maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance, user behaviour, and conversion rates for continuous improvements.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries, feedback and complaints, ensure top-notch customer service.
- Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:
- Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop day-to-day operations.
- Knowledge in Google SEO.
- Knowledge in CRM eg EDM, Loyalty Program, Membership System.
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
- Minimum Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent field.
- Teamwork player and able to communication with all levels.
- Pharmaceutical is added advantage.
