- Handling all calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and raising issue related to the company products/ services (CRM portal)
Liaise and deal with Person In Charge (Shopee) regarding delivery process/ status/ parcel status. Deliver the best service to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
- Deal with Person In Charge in hub/network/franchise and assist to follow up parcel status
You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.- Process and attend to customer claims.
Any others and responsibilities that may be assigned from your superior from time to time for the effective implementation , maintenance and continual improvement of the Customer Service Quality Management System..
- At least 1-2 years in related experience (E-commerce like Shopee, Lazada, Customer Service)
Able to work on weekend, public holiday (on rotational)
Able to serve short notice/ immediate available.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Mandarin speaker preferred as need to communicate with clients.
