As the E-commerce Executive at Kens Apothecary, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of commercial campaigns with a focus on data-driven strategies. Your role encompasses overseeing the company's e-commerce platform, managing product listings, and implementing effective strategies to drive online sales. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams, analyze customer feedback, and stay abreast of e-commerce trends to enhance the overall online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Platform Management:
- Ensure optimal user experience and smooth transactions on the company's e-commerce platform.
- Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory to drive sales and maintain accuracy.
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and grow online sales.
- Collaborate with third-party e-commerce and customer service for a seamless online experience.
Data Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
- Implement SEO best practices and web design principles to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
Campaign Management:
- Create and manage budgets for digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
- Report regularly on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
Trend Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for incorporation into the company's e-commerce strategy.
Collaboration:
- Partner with the marketing team to maximize support for campaign and omnichannel initiative execution.
- Support the Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing and Social Media in data analysis and forecasting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in campaign management, performance marketing, CRM, and/or data analytics. Exposure to e-commerce business is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Analytics is preferred.
- Project management and planning skills with the ability to execute in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
