E-Commerce Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, optimizing our e-commerce platform, and driving online revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing strategies, and data analysis.

• Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on the e-commerce platform.

Coordinate with the IT team to resolve any technical issues and implement website enhancements.

• Digital Marketing and SEO:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase online sales.

• Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.

Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.

• Content Management:

Create and manage high-quality content for product pages, blogs, and promotional materials.

• Work with the design team to ensure that all visuals are engaging and consistent with brand guidelines.

Implement A/B testing to optimize website content and layout.

• Customer Experience and Support:

Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve the online shopping experience.

• Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.

• Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce activities.

• Generate regular reports on website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve e-commerce strategies.

• Inventory and Order Management:

Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of online orders.

• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce holding costs.
