Role : Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin speaker)

Project : E-Commerce Platform

Working days / hours : Rotation shift between 9AM -12 AM (5 Days working and 2 Days off)

Salary : RM 3,300 + RM300 KPI

Job Responsibilities :

• Focusing diligently on voice channels to swiftly address customer queries and take ownership of their concerns
• Striking the perfect balance between customer requirements and business objectives, showcasing your skills in sales and marketing techniques
• Expertly articulating and presenting information about our products while professionally managing high inquiry volumes
• Embracing accountability for individual KPIs and working cohesively towards team goals
• Mastering business strategies to enhance customer services, guiding clients toward efficient self-service solutions
• Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively collaboratingwith our Team Leaders and Managers
• Upholding the utmost integrity and confidentiality standards by safeguarding customer information at all times

Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma/Degree with minimum 1 year Customer Service / Call Centre experiences.
• Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role That's a big plus!
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin (speak, read and write)
• Good command of English or Bahasa Malaysia to round out your communication abilities
• Prefer candidate who are able to join Immediately and willing to work on Rotation Shift.
