Job Description

Job Responsibility

Message Handling



  • Respond promptly and courteously to incoming messages via messenger platforms (such as Facebook Messenger) and WhatsApp.
  • Engage with customers in both English and Chinese, providing support and information about our services.

Sales And Appointment Setting



  • Actively promote and sell our products/services through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit our center and experience our offerings firsthand.
  • Close sales by demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and addressing customer inquiries.

Customer Relationship Management



  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships by addressing concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our services and offerings to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Timely Responses



  • Ensure prompt responses to incoming messages, reflecting the company's commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Prioritize and manage time effectively to meet customer needs, especially during peak hours.

Job Requirements

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in Multi Lingua with excellent written communication skills in both languages.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales roles is advantageous.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.

Technical Skills

  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using messenger platforms and WhatsApp for business purposes.

Independence And Adaptability

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
