Provide support to E-Commerce team day-to-day activities
Manage and update Customer Service relationship management on E-Commerce platforms (Shopee, Tik Tok and Lazada) / Social Media (Facebook and Instagram)
Monitor, analyze and leverage market trends, consumer behavior and competitor information
Editing, visualizing and conceptualizing as well as producing videos for marketing purposes
Assist on enhancing products visual and shop-in-shop visual on e-commerce platform
Assist in E-Commerce product listings
Involved in creative brainstorm and developing creative content
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Studies/ Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce or equivalent
Basic understanding on content writing/editing
Willingness to learn
Familiar with marketing computer software and social media platforms
Good understanding of latest marketing trends and concepts
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
