Job Description
eCommerce Platform Listing: Oversee all materials for eCommerce platform listings, including cover photos, sub-photos, product descriptions, and listing marketing strategies.
- Content Preparation: Prepare product listing photos and videos in accordance with marketplace requirements.
Performance Tracking:
Track, report, and review online sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Content Creation:
Participate in content creation, including researching, planning, recording, and uploading content on social media platforms.Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional duties as informed by the company.
- Administrative Tasks: Execute other administrative duties as assigned or required.
Customer Management:
Manage e-commerce customers and potential leads through effective and timely responses via email and WhatsApp.Product Listing Maintenance:
Maintain product listings, update pricing, and propose promotional mechanisms for all online platforms.Online Marketing: Implement various online marketing activities and strategies.
- Campaign Assistance: Assist in planning and executing all eCommerce and other digital advertising campaigns.
Content Management:
Assist in directing and managing content creation, traffic generation, and conversion on landing pages.Metrics Analysis:
Assist management in measuring marketing and customer-related metrics such as sales, trend analysis, and spending patterns.Content Generation: Generate content for blogs and social media platforms.
Qualification, skill & knowledge requirements
- At least 1 Years Experience in eCommerce and Social Related Field
Candidate must have basic computer skills and knowledge of using Canva- Strong Creative thinking, Conceptual and able to think out of the box related the marketing ideas.
Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Entrepreneurial mindset with analytical thinking
Fluent in Written and Spoken in English & Malay- Basic skills required in Photography / Videography
