Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management
- Oversee and manage all activities related to our online marketplace accounts.
- To develop the best shopper's journey and UI/UX within the ecommerce landscape
- Plan and implement strategies to maximize sales and visibility on these platforms.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics including ROI and KPI indexes and adjust strategies accordingly.
Digital/ Media buy strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive long-term and tactical digital media strategy for marketplace, focus and or hero products and measure the effectiveness of the media investment, including but not limited to Google Ads and Facebook Boost/CPAS.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted advertising campaigns.
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize based on data-driven insights.
Channel marketing strategy
- Evaluate strategic channel marketing plans, analyze product developments, gather marketing intelligence on competitor's products and monitor market trends, to aid in proposing more effective marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize promotional activities to drive traffic and sales.
- Create compelling marketing collateral to support channel partners, ensure consistency with brand messaging. Material includes but not limited to: A+ content, product content for website/ marketplace, point-of-sales materials, presentations and other promotional goods.
- Updates and maintains ASUS-owned website banners, product information, store locator list, online store layout, and content.
- Execute activities based on quarterly/ half yearly marketing planning and budget control.
- Communicate effectively with management and peers within the company as well as external.
- Assist in execute various marketing events and campaigns, product launches, trade shows, dealer gatherings, conferences, and seminars, aimed at engaging partners and end customers.
- Assist the management in any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing online marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok or similar platforms.
- Passionate about e-commerce and online marketplace management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
- At least one (2) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently and can manage multiple projects under minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point).
- Interest in IT, gadgets, hardware, components and/or desktop solutions is a advantage.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
- Display a positive and agile attitude, friendly personality, ability to interact with various groups/levels of people, willing to learn for self-improvement and possess keen attention to details.
- Possess own transport.
